Based in Hemel Hempstead with the flexibility to work from home up to 50% of the time, you’ll help ensure our financial transactions are accurate, compliant, and on time – supporting smooth operations across our much-loved holiday parks. Whether it's reconciling bank statements or resolving queries with teams on site, your precision and problem-solving skills will help keep everything ticking along behind the scenes.
In this role, you’ll:
Process invoices and manage rebates and sundry payments
Handle customer queries and ensure accurate posting of financial transactions
Conduct daily bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
Manage refunds, chargebacks, and journal entries using ERPx and Seaware systems
Reconcile daily takings and investigate discrepancies
Support the Income Team in reducing outstanding debt
