What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record of managing paid & organic campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
* Strong copywriting skills and a flair for engaging brand-aligned storytelling
* Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, CRM/email platforms, and social media schedulers
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Creative, self-driven, and passionate about purpose-led work

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in the City of Edinburgh, with some work-from-home options available. The Social Media Manager will handle both organic and paid strategies. Daily responsibilities include creating, curating, and managing content across social media platforms, developing and implementing social media strategies, and analyzing web analytics to optimize performance. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
* Experience in Social Media Marketing and Marketing
* Strong Communication skills
* Web Content Writing and Web Analytics skills
* Ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Familiarity with paid social media advertising
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
* Experience with social media management tools and platforms is a plus
