Location: GB or Ireland (with travel across the value chain) Reporting to: Head of Broiler Operations About the Role We are looking for a Customer Agriculture Manager to lead customer engagement and drive strategic agricultural initiatives across our supply chains. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of commercial objectives, agriculture operations, customer partnerships and wider value-chain stakeholders. You'll act as a trusted subject matter expert, ensuring our agricultural strategies align with customer expectations, regulatory requirements and business goals — while delivering on our commitments to food security, sustainability and animal welfare. What You'll Be Doing Act as the primary point of contact for customers on agricultural matters Develop and deliver customer-specific agricultural strategies aligned to commercial and sustainability objectives Oversee the collection, analysis and reporting of customer agriculture KPIs Lead agricultural projects that strengthen performance, sustainability and supply chain resilience Ensure strong governance of initiatives, working cross-functionally across the business Horizon-scan to identify emerging trends, risks and opportunities in agriculture Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, industry bodies and NGOs Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best-in-class farming standards Champion high standards of animal welfare in line with customer and regulatory expectations Drive progress on climate adaptation and resilient agricultural supply chains What You'll Deliver Expert guidance on agricultural systems to support compliance and reporting obligations Project management and governance of customer agriculture strategies, goals and targets High-quality reports, presentations and case studies for internal and external stakeholders Insights on emerging risks, regulations and opportunities shaping the agri-food sector What We're Looking For Strong understanding of agricultural production, welfare and supply chain assurance standards Experience engaging customers within an agricultural or food supply chain environment Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong data analysis and reporting capability Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions Knowledge of retail and foodservice customer agriculture plans and reporting requirements High levels of ownership, responsibility and operational drive Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel across the Pilgrim's Europe value chain Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field ( Essential ) Master's degree in a relevant discipline ( Desirable ) Demonstrable relevant experience with strong commercial acumen ( Essential ) Why Work at Pilgrim's Europe?
