Job Description
We are recruiting for a Service Engineer to support the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of systems and components. This is a hands‑on technical role working within a specialist environment where precision, quality, and problem solving are essential. You will play a key part in ensuring products meet strict specifications and customer requirements, while also contributing to continuous improvement across manufacturing processes and product design.

Key Responsibilities
* Interpret and work from detailed technical drawings, CAD models, and specifications.
* Support assembly and testing of systems, ensuring compliance with performance standards.
* Carry out fault finding, problem solving, and root cause analysis on design and manufacturing issues.
* Ensure all work complies with health & safety and quality standards.
* Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding technical requirements and specifications.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and product design.
* Travel to client sites when required to support installation, servicing, or technical support activities.
Requirements
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation.
* Understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, and assembly.
* Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
* Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
* Good communication and teamwork abilities.
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
