The firm has invested in larger premises at the heart of Liverpool’s commercial district, within The Plaza, 100 Old Hall Street.
By expanding its presence in the city, Napthens aims to grow its business in the Liverpool City Region and across the northwest. Since opening in Liverpool in 2018, led by corporate lawyer Gareth McIntegart and headlined by partner Kieran Donovan, the office has increased its annual turnover to circa £3m in 2024-2025.

You will work alongside our Head of Liverpool, Kieran Donovan, recognized in the 2024 North West Business Insider’s Professional Power List, one of just 40 regional ‘dealmakers, legal eagles, and funders’ acknowledged this year.
We value local knowledge, technical and commercial expertise, and strong relationships within the community, which underpin our success and future growth in the region.
You will join our Corporate Commercial Contracts Team, providing support and expertise to our clients. We offer flexibility regarding office location and hybrid working. Whether full-time or part-time, we are open to discussions.
We welcome senior lawyers, including those with a following, currently in private practice or in-house, who are interested in representing clients in the Merseyside region.
