Job Opportunity: Finance Administrator

Hourly Rate: £12 - £13 per hour
Contract: 6 months - Ongoing
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and excellent administrative skills? We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join our team at Birmingham Business Park. This role offers an immediate start and the opportunity to work in a dynamic finance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the finance department
2. Assist with processing invoices, expenses, and payments
3. Maintain accurate records and documentation
4. Support with basic financial tasks such as data entry and reconciliation
5. Handle general finance-related queries and correspondence
6. Assist in ad-hoc finance projects and tasks as required
About You:
7. Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a finance setting
8. Strong organisational and time management skills
9. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
11. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
