Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor – Construction Consultancy
Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a multidisciplinary construction consultancy. This is a full-time position offering a dynamic and professional work environment, with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and attention to detail.
The role will be based in Central London, supporting a diverse project portfolio including Residential, Co-Living, Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), and Commercial Office developments. Projects range in scale from 50 to 500 apartments and include both new build and refurbishment schemes with contract values between £20m and £100m.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key commercial lead on projects, working closely with both clients and contractor teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will manage schemes from initial feasibility and cost planning stages through to tendering, procurement, and project completion.
