The role:
As the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for..
1. Building strong relationships with key decision makers, ensuring high levels of success and retention
2. Representing the "voice of the customer" and collaborating with technical stakeholders, internally and externally
3. Analysing customer software usage and creating effective campaigns to increase customer engagement
4. Promoting customer awareness of all new features and releases using your technical expertise, and offering insight to ensure maximum adoption
About you:
5. 4+ years proven SaaS/Software/Tech Customer Success Management experience, ideally within a start-up/scale-up environment
6. Technically minded, with experience in delighting an existing client base of solution architects, software developers, IT managers, CTO's and the like
7. Keen to work for one of the most highly regarded employers in the UK!
