About the Opportunity A beautiful 4-star boutique hotel on the stunning Jurassic Coast is seeking an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead our food and beverage operations. Part of an award-winning collection of family-friendly luxury hotels, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
The Role As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you'll oversee the smooth daily operations of our restaurant, bistro, and meeting spaces, ensuring every guest receives the highest level of service. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll work closely with a passionate team to maintain our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the F&B team to consistently deliver outstanding service standards
Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bistro, and events spaces
Coach, mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential
Oversee budgets, financial performance and key KPIs
Maintain exceptional guest service levels and handle feedback professionally
Ensure compliance with all health, safety and licensing requirements
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a restaurant or hotel management role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Commercial awareness and budget management experience
Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
Excellent communication and organisational skills
