Cumberland Council is seeking a Mental Health Team Manager to lead our Adult Social Care staff within an integrated mental health service. In this pivotal role, you’ll champion person-centred, recovery-focused outcomes, ensure legal and policy compliance, and work collaboratively with partners to deliver high-quality, coordinated care across the region.
We’re looking for someone with an Approved Mental Health Professional qualification, strong leadership experience, and a deep understanding of the Mental Health Act, Care Act, and safeguarding frameworks.
