Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for upselling, and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

* Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer experience.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining up-to-date customer records.
* Analyse customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery.
* Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
* Assist customers by providing support in both or other languages as required.

Experience

* Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in or other languages is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services effectively.
* Experience with data entry and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential traits for success in this role.
