Psychology Graduate as a TA responsibilities:
Supporting SEMH students with a range of additional needs, including mental health, behavioural difficulties, and autism.
Liaising with class teachers, the senior leadership team, and outside agencies, in order to comply with EHCPs or personalised learning plans.
Helping to boost self-confidence and self-esteem of students.
To build relationships with key children and young people on a 1:1 basis.
Managing behaviour in-line with the school's policies and ethos.
