Job: Head of Private Clients – Luxury Womenswear
Location: London - Mayfair
Salary: up to £60,000 basic + Commission & Bonus.
A leading luxury womenswear brand is seeking an exceptional, emotionally intelligent and commercially driven Head of Private Clients to own and nurture its Top 100 global clients.
This is a rare opportunity to sit at the heart of the business, taking full accountability for the relationships, retention and revenue growth of the brand’s most valuable clientele.
The Role
You will act as a hybrid of private stylist, relationship director and commercial lead, personally managing the Top clients and ensuring they feel deeply known, impeccably cared for and continually inspired.
Key responsibilities include:
* Owning and developing long-term relationships with the top global clients
* Delivering a white-glove, ultra-personalised service experience
* Driving lifetime value, annual spend growth and retention
* Creating individual wardrobe plans (events, travel, seasonal updates)
* Managing VIP appointments, private fittings and special commissions
* Leading VIP gifting and exclusive client experiences
* Owning CRM accuracy, segmentation and client-level reporting
* Acting as the voice of the private client within the business
About You
* 6–12+ years’ experience in luxury fashion, fine jewellery, private client services or high-end hospitality
* Proven experience managing HNW / VIP clientele
* Commercially astute with revenue ownership experience
* Highly organised with exceptional follow-through
* Emotionally intelligent, discreet and relationship-led
* Flexible to travel and work around client needs
