Your Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging, tailored lesson plans for each session
* Monitor attendance, sessions, and student engagement using our digital platform
* Communicate professionally with TP Tutors staff, parents, and carers to support progress
* Make safeguarding a priority in every interaction
* Provide tuition in-person at London locations or remotely from home

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent
* Experience teaching primary or secondary-aged children
* Enthusiasm, engagement, and resilience to motivate students
* Minimum 2 years’ experience tutoring 1:1 or small groups
* Understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN), or willingness to learn
* Skilled in managing challenging behaviours and adapting to individual needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
