SAP Communications & Change Manager
London, Remote (UK-wide travel required)
We're working with a consultancy supporting a major SAP S/4HANA business transformation and looking for an experienced Communications & Change Manager. The role will initially focus on programme communications, with a view to grow into broader Organisational Change Management (OCM) responsibilities as the programme evolves.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that would suit someone with strong experience in SAP environments and a passion for driving engagement and behaviour change during complex transformations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the development of programme communications - including branding, messaging and positioning
* Creating and delivering a communications strategy aligned to programme goals
* Working closely with the client's internal comms team to ensure alignment with internal policies
* Management and QA deliverables and campaigns, tailored to key personas and stakeholder groups
* Supporting change management strategy and planning, helping shape culture-fit approaches for the client
* Helping to manage stakeholder load and engagement across the business and BAU operations
* Supporting the change impact strategy, including input on process, people and organisational impact
* Contributing to organisational design and transition planning activities
* Building relationships across stakeholder groups and supporting the change network
* Coaching and supporting colleagues across the programme in change management best practice
* Regular reporting as Communications Lead
What you'll bring:
* Strong Communications Management experience, ideally within SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
* Exposure to or interest in growing further into Organisational Change Management
* Experience working on large-scale, complex transformation programmes
* UK citizenship - required due to client clearance needs
* Flexibility to work onsite as required across UK client sites
If you're looking for a role where you can shape the communications and change approach on a major SAP-led programme, we'd love to hear from you.
