One of our Fintech clients is expanding again looking for their new DevOps Manager They are looking for an experienced candidate within the DevOps world who is able to collaborate with senior people and lead diverse teams. This candidate is going to be joining the growing organisation managing multiple teams. This manager will be managing four different teams, three will be managing the managers and overseeing the teams with the fourth being direct reports. We are looking for someone who is hands on coding but hands on when it comes to end to end delivery, they will be defining, designing and delivering exciting modernisation projects whilst collaborating with senior members and Stakeholders. Were seeking a Manager that is able to demonstrate skills/knowledge such as; Strong experience within DevSecOps Lengthy experience with Azure/Azure DevOps Experience building and managing teams Experience delivery modernisation projects Able to build new/maintain existing relationships with suppliers and other teams Experience with end to end delivery Automation experience Experience within Agile environments The successful candidate will earn up to £115,000 and in addition there are exceptional benefits which come as part of the overall package including: discretionary bonuses, incredible pension, medical cover, insurance and numerous soft leisurely benefits. The team works on a hybrid basis, with 2 days a week on-site in their London office.
