What You’ll Be Doing
As Workshop Controller, you’re the engine that keeps the workshop running smoothly. You’ll manage workflow, support your team, and make sure every vehicle leaves in top condition.
Your day-to-day will include:
18. Allocating jobs and managing technician workloads
19. Monitoring repair progress, productivity, and quality
20. Collaborating with VDAs, parts teams, and customer-facing staff
21. Motivating and mentoring technicians to perform at their best
22. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

23. Experience as a Workshop Controller or senior-level technician
24. A confident leader who communicates clearly and leads by example
25. Solid knowledge of modern accident repair processes
