Role & Responsibilities
* Produce detailed technical drawing packages
* Manage projects from 30 to 300 units
* Coordinate multiple live project workloads
* Review drawings for quality and compliance
* Act as key contact for clients
* Resolve technical and construction issues
* Support fee proposals and resourcing
* Maintain delivery against programme deadlines
* Collaborate with consultants and internal teams
* Use AutoCAD across all project stages
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 3+ years in UK residential projects
* Strong AutoCAD technical drawing ability
* Knowledge of UK building regulations
* Experience on developer-led housing schemes
* Ability to manage multiple projects
* Experience reviewing team output
* Strong technical problem-solving skills
* Revit experience beneficial
Salary & Benefits
Up to £38,000, Hybrid working, pension, annual bonus, and travel incentives included.
