Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) - Full-Time, Permanent

Are you passionate about shaping young minds and providing exceptional care in the early years? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our vibrant team at our nursery in Headingley, Leeds.
About the Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5. You will be responsible for planning and delivering fun, educational activities, building strong relationships with both children and their families, and supporting the overall development of the children in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, following the EYFS framework.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
Observe and monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensure a safe, healthy, and happy environment for all children.

Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
Passionate about early childhood education and care.
Experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential).
Excellent communication skills and a nurturing attitude.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
