Join Our Team as an Onboarding Analyst
Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire or London or Bristol

Due to continued growth, Brightwell is looking for experienced professionals to support our Member Services Onboarding team. You’ll work at the heart of high-impact projects, helping to shape smooth, efficient transitions for new clients and deliver exceptional experiences from day one.
What you’ll do:
* Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with the Client, Brightwell, Procentia and third-party stakeholders and team members in the project / workstream to ensure full mutual understanding of the project / workstream’s objectives, timelines, and expectations.
* Map and document end-to-end business processes, member journeys and workflows identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
* Support project teams / workstream members to ensure high quality project outcomes by identifying and documenting risks and issues (and suggesting mitigating actions), project / workstream dependencies and key assumptions. Where appropriate, make specific project interventions.
* Analyse client operations / MI reports to provide data driven evidence of current pain points and areas for improvement.
* Support detailed business and operational analysis to define requirements, identify key issues and opportunities, seeking and defining pragmatic options and solutions.
This role would suit someone who has:
Essential
* Experience in project management or an equivalent operational role.
* Ability to quickly understand problems, articulate them and propose pragmatic solutions.
* Ability to understand processes and conduct root cause analysis: proven experience and knowledge of process improvement tools, methods, and techniques.
* A willingness to embrace challenge and work within an evolving / changing environment.
* Ability to structure, analyse and present complex ideas and data, as well as resolve complex problems.
Desirable
* Experience of working in a regulated environment (Financial Services, Pensions)
* Change Management practitioner / Business Analyst or relevant experience.
* Worked in the pensions industry, ideally in a defined benefit scheme environment (or if not, experience in an administrative operational environment in a regulated industry would be valuable.)
* Experience of Knowledge Management systems
* Experience with Power BI and interpretation of the data analysis / visualisation
