Are you a versatile Sous Chef with experience working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and work alongside passionate people, using locally sourced produce, to provide high-quality food that delights our guests. As a Sous Chef, you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team while ensuring that procedures and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilize the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes to help adapt our offerings to meet the needs of our business and guests.
