Learning Support Worker Required - Mainstream
Location: Stamford
Salary: Temp - £13.50 per hour including holiday pay
Hours: Up to 35 hours/week
Contract: Temporary Position

We are looking for a Learning Support Worker (Mainstream) to join our Additional Learning Support (ALS) team on a temporary basis. In this role, you'll work with students who need extra support to access learning, helping them develop skills, build independence, and succeed in their studies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clarify and simplify instructions to support understanding
* Keep students focused, motivated, and engaged
* Support literacy, numeracy, and study skills development
* Promote confidence, self-esteem, and independence
* Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to student progress tracking
What we're looking for:
* A supportive, adaptable, and student-focused approach
* Experience working with learners who have additional needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
What you need
* Right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS on the update service willing to apply
* References cover the last 2 years
* Revelant experience working as a Learning support assistant
