Beelieve Health and Wellbeing Services are looking for experienced Bank / part time Support workers join our Renfrewshire and glasgow Team. Must be capable of promoting engagement with fun meaningful activities for the service users.
Providing 1:1 care and support for clients supported living in their own home and in the community, to higher education and attend appointments.

SVQ 2 equivalent or above
The Support Worker will assist with building daily routines and activities. The key to the services is to keep the service user engaged and safe when accessing the community and doing things that they enjoy and are meaningful to them. We welcome new ideas for activities and clubs as the services grow and adapt. Must be confident in accessing the community on a 1:1 basis.
Applicants will have 1 year or more experience in a Social or Health Care background. Be outgoing and enjoy working in the community as well as being patient and friendly. Willing to support with any tasks/activities required for the role, this may include basic house work or support to appointments. Implementing and managing strategies that help the service user to manage day to day life.
Public transport can be used with most of the service users. Others may require use of a vehicle.
