Senior T&C Manager / Head of
We're working with a fast-growing, PE-backed financial services organisation undergoing a transformative period of growth and they're looking for a Head of d T&C to lead the charge.
This is a unique opportunity to design and deliver a best-in-class Training & Competence (T&C) framework from the ground up. What’s the role about?
* Lead the full design and implementation of a nationwide T&C framework
* Develop scalable training solutions and advisor development programmes
* Instill a risk-based, evidence-led approach to competence and supervision
* Present with confidence to stakeholders at all levels
* Bring structure and clarity to a fast-scaling adviser network
* Collaborate cross-functionally to embed a development-focused culture
* Home-based, with national travel expected (Midlands-based preferred)
You’ll need:
* Proven experience designing and delivering modular training programmes
* Deep understanding of T&C within a regulated environment
* Gravitas and clarity in communication – especially when presenting
* Level 4 qualification (minimum)
* A self-starter mindset: comfortable working independently and at pace
* Exposure to fast-paced or high-growth environments (desirable)
* Experience with psychometric profiling tools (desirable)
