The successful appointee to this Personal Tax Assistant Manager position will report to an Associate Director and join an established team of 6 in personal tax and 15 across the department. Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in managing a diverse portfolio of personal tax compliance clients
* Identifying personal tax planning opportunities and assisting in delivering advisory assignments
* Playing a key role in estate planning services to clients
* Training and mentoring trainees within the team, developing their skills
* Building and maintaining trusted client relationships
* Overseeing the financial management of your portfolio
* Contributing to the firm's Business Development initiatives
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
* ACA and/or CTA qualified
* Experience in personal tax compliance or managing a portfolio with personal tax and estate planning services
* Strong interpersonal skills for developing client relationships
* Proficiency in tax planning opportunities
* Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
* Leadership and mentoring experience
* Commercial awareness and business development skills
