Want to support people with learning disabilities to lead a fulfilling life? Hello, we are two ladies, two gentlemen that live in Hasland. We are looking for someone friendly that can involve us in our support and enable us to be active and engage in new activities. We like to have a bubbly staff team, that's willing to keep us engaged. Three of us do have mobility needs so it's important to know that we do require full support with moving and handling and personal care. Some of things we like to do are: Playing games i.e. jigsaws, cards, dominos. Colouring Cooking and trying new foods Going shopping Music, singing and dancing. We are looking for someone wo has the following qualities: Friendly, supportive, well presented and punctual Encouraging Committed, reliable and a team player Is able to follow individual plans and support structured routines Involve us in our support and choices Someone who is kind and caring and can show compassion Able to provide sensory support to make activities engaging We do enjoy our food and would benefit from a person who can cook simple meals, and help us learn new recipes. It is essential that you are able to work sleep-ins, waking nights, weekends and bank holidays.
