As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all arriving guests are greeted according to Hilton Grand Vacations brand standards, delivering high-quality service to enhance guest experiences.
You will lead and manage the Front Office and administration team, maintain excellent customer relations, and ensure effective communication with other departments and external agencies.
You will oversee safety and security, ensure team compliance with policies and legislation, and promote activities and events to arriving guests through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
* Manage budgeting and revenue forecasting
* Coordinate pre-arrival guest information and distribution
* Prepare monthly revenue reports
* Respond to guest feedback and collaborate on solutions
* Oversee rental reservations
* Report on KPIs and occupancy statistics
* Ensure accurate guest data entry and communication
* Recruit, train, and develop the Front Office team
* Support ESG goals with the Sustainability Ambassador
* Conduct safety checks and maintain health and safety standards
Qualifications
* Supervisory experience in Front Office within hospitality or retail
* High IT proficiency
* Strong organizational, analytical, and sales skills
* Experience managing and developing staff
