Job title: Support Worker-Male only
Location: Macclesfield
Hours: 24 hour shifts (8AM to 8am)
Salary: £13 per hour

Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Forensic Support Worker to join our team in Macclesfield. This role requires a male candidate due to the specific needs of our service users. You will provide 1:1 support to individuals with autism and forensic backgrounds.
Duties include, but not limited to:
* Provide personalised support to individuals with autism and forensic needs.
* Conduct constant risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of service users.
* Maintain a non-judgemental and supportive approach at all times.
* Be highly observant and proactive in identifying and addressing potential risks.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in 1:1 support, particularly with individuals with autism and forensic backgrounds, would be an advantage.
* Strong observational skills and the ability to conduct continuous risk assessments.
* A non-judgemental and supportive attitude.
* Ability to work 24-hour shifts (8am to 8am).
* Subject to Enhanced DBS
* Ability to commit to 24 hours shifts
