Coffee Culture owns several independent coffee houses across the county and are a specialist coffee roasters in Worcestershire. We are acquiring a new site in ledbury, which is currently operating as a well established brunch and lunch cafe.
The current owners are retiring and we are purchasing the café business as a ongoing concern from _January _2026. Were looking for a champion in the kitchen to lead a small team with 1) maintaining its already high standard and 2) bring some fresh thoughts to the menu to match the good coffee experience we are famous for. Our thoughts are to create a bistro concept with _European _comfort food and _New Zealand brunch.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, trained chef who will join us in developing the
brunch and lunch food menu and help develop the existing baking
products.
This is a daytime gig but are looking to potentially grow into a few evenings a week for
a small, dinner party style service in the second quarter of 2026. Plenty of scope to
grow in our business and would love to develop this role to be a head of food as we
grow our coffeehouse & cafe portfolio across the West Midlands and the Cotswolds over the next 3 years.
We like warm and welcoming people to work within the small, but humour filled team.
you wont be treated like a robot or a corporate number! parking is provided at the
store and can be flexible hours but must be able to work weekends.
