What are we looking for?
We seek graduates with an RTPI accredited degree or a similar relevant degree in Geography, Town Planning/Urban Planning, or Built Environment. We seek graduates who can demonstrate:
* A logical and analytical approach
* Great problem‑solving and communication skills
* Ability to use your own initiative and think outside the box
Work experience in Town/Urban Planning would be advantageous but is not essential as you’ll learn your new role on the job with the support of our Graduate Training Scheme.

As a Graduate Town Planner, you will work closely with the Planning team in delivering wide-ranging planning consultancy services on a variety of projects and schemes. You’ll have the opportunity to prepare, submit and negotiate planning applications and statements, support public consultations and site visits, and provide professional advice to clients, local planning authorities and other statutory bodies. You will gain valuable experience and exposure across a range of sectors and a variety of clients to support your development.
