Job Details
Salary: £25,949 per annum (full‑time equivalent). Role is permanent, part time (23.33 hours per week) on a pro‑rata basis.
This part‑time role is not open to international sponsorship.
Rota Details
21:30 – 08:00, two nights on, four nights off.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will need to hold an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete Level 3. You will have experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high‑quality care. The role involves providing care to more than 1,000 adults across Lancashire, within 16 care homes and 13 day centres, supporting older people, adults living with dementia and their families.
