We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT/Network Engineer to join our dynamic 24/7 Operations Centre team in Belfast.
You will be part of a shift-based team supporting critical infrastructure, resolving IT/network incidents with precision, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across a wide client base.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving technical challenges, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Shift Pattern
* Days: 4 days on (7am-7pm), 4 days off → repeated twice
* Nights: 4 nights on (7pm-7am), 4 nights off → repeated twice
* Then cycle returns to days
All candidates must have experience working in a shift-based operational environment.
