Job Description:
This role involves collaborating with the EMEA CDIT Practice Group Leaders (PGLs) and Business Managers (BMs) to enhance practice group and lawyer performance, aligned with EMEA's strategic goals. The position requires close work with the EMEA Director of Talent Management and other Business Partners, providing high-quality business partnering support to lawyers in the practice group. It is a hands-on, collaborative role that includes responsibilities such as understanding strategic needs, supporting engagement, team planning, recruitment, mobility, talent reviews, performance management, career development, organizational development, and integration efforts within the practice group. Occasional travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate as a Business Partner to understand and meet the strategic needs related to people management.
* Coordinate with Talent Management and Recruitment teams to deliver engagement plans, team management, recruitment, mobility, talent reviews, performance management, career development, and organizational development initiatives.
* Support integration of lateral partners and provide HR advisory support on people issues.
* Partner with leadership to develop people strategies and resources for EMEA.
Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
* Extensive HR/Talent Management experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
* Experience across multiple locations and jurisdictions.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
* Strong coaching, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
