The Role You will be responsible for planning, delivering and marking engaging Geography lessons for a range of year groups, in line with the National Curriculum. You will effectively assess student progress, identify areas for development, and implement strategies to ensure all students reach their full potential. You will contribute to the development of the Geography curriculum, ensuring it is stimulating, relevant and reflects current geographical issues. You will play an active role in the wider school life, including attending departmental meetings and parents' evenings. The Person Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Geography is essential. A minimum of two years' successful teaching experience in a secondary school setting is desirable. You possess excellent subject knowledge and a passion for igniting students' interest in the world around them. You are a skilled communicator with the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. You have a strong commitment to raising standards and a proven track record of achieving positive outcomes with students.
