Due to upcoming maternity leave we are recruiting an ambitious Property Manager manage their own portfolio of 12 residential developments and 2 commercial developments totalling 531 units in North West England. The maternity cover is a fixed contract for 12 months from 4th August 2025 to 3rd August 2026. Due to the continued growth of the Company there is likely to be an opportunity for the right candidate to continue with the Company after the maternity cover finishes. The candidate will be based in a superb office near Monton in Manchester. There is also the option for hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home once 3 months training has been completed.Responsibilities will include:• Manage a portfolio of 12 residential developments and 2 commercial developments in North West England.• Full range of leasehold management tasks including:o Setting and managing service charge budgetso Site Inspectionso Contractor managemento Health & Safetyo Insurance provision and claimso Major works management (including S20 consultation)o Daily liaison with residentso AGM’s & Resident meetings• Creating an excellent working relationship with RMC and Landlord clientsPersonal QualitiesWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual with confident and professional communication skills both over the telephone and via email.Candidates should have exceptional planning, organisational and communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.ProspectsThe role is a great opportunity with huge potential for career development. Full training and funding will be provided in order to become ATPI qualified during the period.Requirements• Property management experience in block management, residential or commercial lettings or facilities management.• Preferably ATPI qualified or working towards.• PC literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.• Full driving licence and car (business mileage allowance given)• Qualifications Required - 3 A Levels A* - C or equivalent.• Preferably Degree Qualified• Previous experience with block management software such as Dwellant and/or Sage 50 Accounts would be advantageous.Other InformationThe working hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch (37.5 hours).Benefits include25 days holidays plus bank holidays.Company PensionSick PayTPI Membership and TrainingLaptopOnsite Parking at office
