Responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Negotiator

* Learning to deal with Landlord and Tenant inquiries, answering phone calls and emails
* Preparation of lettings particulars
* Arranging /conducting property viewings
* Negotiating lets through to move in
* Providing Applicants and Landlords with regular feedback
* Providing high levels of customer service
* Generating T&Cs
