Overview
We’re partnering with a leading organisation in Stansted to recruit an Employee Relations Advisor for an initial 6‑month fixed term contract. The role demands strong employee relations case management experience, excellent employment law knowledge, and the confidence to provide advice and coaching to managers on a range of employee relations issues.
Responsibilities
* Work as part of a friendly, collaborative team focusing on employee relations casework, including disciplinaries up to and including dismissals.
* Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
* Collaborate to develop and implement strategies for improving employee relations and engagement.
Qualifications
* High volume employee relations casework experience.
* Excellent employment law knowledge.
* Well‑developed business and personal judgement skills for resolving issues.
* Ability to engage colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
Benefits & Work Arrangement
Office‑based three days per week, two days working from home. Salary up to £46,200.
