Job Description

We are seeking a talented Electronics Design Engineer Contractor to support our Project Teams in producing bespoke designs. As part of our organization, you will be at the forefront of developing systems that power a wide array of exciting projects.
What You'll Do:
1. Design and develop electronic circuits.
2. Analyze electronic circuits.
3. Generate requirements for electronic systems.
4. Capture schematics and designs.
5. Provide PCB layout advice and review.
6. Select and review components.
7. Take on varied engineering tasks to support projects and programs.
8. Participate in internal and external meetings.
9. Interface with customers on technical and project issues.
10. Document your work in line with local operating procedures.
11. Take an active role in Continuous Improvement.
What You'll Bring:
Essential:
* A minimum of HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, demonstrating your strong educational background.
* A team player mentality, thriving in a collaborative and supportive work environment. Quick learner with a flexible and adaptable approach.
* Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and techniques.
* Basic knowledge of analogue and digital design.
* Experience with schematic capture and drawing review.
* Circuit simulation experience.
* Wiring definition experience.
* Understanding of PCB layout supervision.
* Eligibility for full SC security clearance.
Desirable:
* Experience with EMC design.
* Environmental qualification experience.
* Existing SC security clearance.
* Experience with Altium Designer.
