The Role - Freight Coordinator You'll be responsible for managing shipments end-to-end while delivering outstanding service to key accounts. Key responsibilities: Manage day-to-day import and export shipments (Sea, Air, Road & Multi-modal) Handle key blue-chip accounts and deliver exceptional customer service Raise and manage job files and shipping documentation Invoice jobs on completion Negotiate with suppliers, carriers and partners Work closely with the sales team on quotations and shipment updates Process jobs using the company's in-house freight management system What We're Looking For Essential experience: Proven experience working for a Freight Forwarder Strong knowledge of at least one of the following: Sea Freight Air Freight Road Freight Multi-modal Freight Customs / Import / Export You'll be: Organised and detail-oriented Confident managing multiple shipments at once Customer-focused and commercially aware Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment The Package £27,000 - £40,000 salary (depending on experience) 25 days holiday Benefits package discussed at interview Real career progression within a rapidly growing UK freight forwarder Supportive, ambitious and high-energy team environment Why Join?
