The Role
As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold high standards, and drive restaurant performance. You will coach and develop your team to excel and ensure the restaurant's success.
Requirements
* Ability to foster a positive, inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to emerging leaders.
* Dedication to delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service.
* Strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory, labor management, and strategic marketing, with data-driven decision-making.
* Commitment to building and nurturing your team through recruitment and ongoing development.
* Ability to create an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued.
* Forward-thinking problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
