The Opportunity: Asset Manager

We are part of The Briggs Equipment Group who are a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. The Impact you will have:
1. Direct interaction and communication with sites and Quarry Management
2. Monitor quality and service delivery of onsite repairs to customers assets, ensure engineers are working in compliance with mandatory requirements
3. Ensure asset maintenance costs are kept within budget by offering economic repair options and assess viability of asset against replacement options
4. Support managers in investigating customer complaints and advising on suitable corrective action
5. Monitor machine health through Oil sample and diagnostic reports
6. Support call centre team with technical and onsite feedback
7. Cover relevant Field Service Control during annual leave
8. Advise on machine application and offer suitable alternative options where applicable
