Description Review equipment logs, breakdown records, and historical data to identify recurring faults and trends Proactively lead initiatives to eliminate repeat failures and improve asset reliability Develop and execute reliability strategies for specific equipment and systems Deliver training to maintenance teams on new equipment, methods, and emerging technologies Manage maintenance-driven projects (primarily OpEx, with occasional transition into CapEx) Provide subject matter expertise on site CapEx projects, ensuring alignment with maintenance needs Collaborate with the Electrical Coordinator, Planner, and Scheduler to implement solutions through established processes Offer technical support during critical or emergency situations, including standby when requiredProfile The s...
