Role Overview:
As a Highly Specialised Clinical Practitioner, you will deliver expert care within Neurophysiology and therapeutic procedures. You will assess, diagnose, and manage complex cases independently, drive service improvement, provide leadership, and contribute to clinical advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct advanced clinical assessments and develop precise diagnoses
* Develop and lead specialised treatment and management strategies
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care pathways
* Supervise, mentor, and support junior healthcare professionals
* Lead research initiatives and contribute to clinical best practices
Requirements:
* NMC registered nurse or other relevant professional registration
* A master's degree or equivalent in Advanced Clinical Practice
* Experience in Neurophysiology or a similar area
