As a Skincare Specialist, you'll be an ambassador for ELEMIS—bringing our sensorial, results driven skincare to life for every customer. You'll enjoy creating genuine connections, delivering exceptional service, and shaping memorable treatment experiences that reflect our commitment to care, quality, and inclusivity.

Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours across 5 days - flexibility required
Key Responsibilities
Sales
* Achieve and exceed individual retail sales targets through a refined, customercentric approach.
* Create collaborative relationships by delivering personalised consultations and sensorial product experiences that embody the ELEMIS standard of luxury, care, and expertise.
Customer Service
* Deliver personalised, high quality treatments with professionalism and care, creating memorable experiences that encourage clients to return again and again.

* Recommend the most suitable products and treatments based on each client's unique needs, always ensuring safety and consideration of any medical contraindications.
* Take pride in maintaining an immaculate Elemis counter and treatment space, ensuring every area reflects our commitment to cleanliness, hygiene and exceptional presentation.
* Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, resolving any concerns with confidence and professionalism while partnering with the Account Management Team when needed.
* Handle all client information with complete discretion—maintaining strict confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive details at all times
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Beauty Therapy qualification to NVQ level 3 minimum/CIDESCO certificate (or equivalent)
* Experience within a similar retail or beauty role
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Comfortable working to/achieving targets & KPI's
* Previous work experience in conducting treatments
