An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's leading companies in the facilities maintenance industry.
They currently maintain a large contract in Oxford for a leading pharmaceuticalcompanyand are looking for an experienced AccountDirector to head up this newlywon contract.
The main purpose of the job will be to ensure that contractual obligationsare met and exceeded and technical operations are maintained to a very high standard.
This is a key appointment within the organisationand it will be responsible for driving the contract forward to forge and maintain an excellent working relationship with the client.
The main duties will include:
1. Manage all contractual, financial budgets, P&L and technical issues.
2. Manage agreed KPI and SLAs.
3. Responsible for managing the companys H&S and environmental performance on site.
