HEATCON Composite Systems (Europe) Ltd has been involved in the support of advanced composite repairs since 1981. For over 35 years, we've committed our time and product development to improving composite repair processes. As a leading global manufacturer and supplier of aerospace composite repair equipment, we provide a full range of hot bonders, accessories, technical and training services, and materials for the repair of composite structures.
We are currently seeking a Customer Account Manager who will be responsible for developing profitable, value add sales for a range of products and services across international markets.
· Growth within existing customer base, including development of contractual agreements.
· Identify and develop strategic new accounts, or major new programs from existing customers in addition to those already identified in the budget.
· Maintain and progress area pipeline and accurately forecast/budget future sales for your accounts.
· Deliver professional presentations to promote expertise, capabilities and differential of products and services to potential new clients.
· For all new business - work with the customer, and relevant departments to manage the commercial integration process to the point of handover to operations.
· Manage the sales process for all newly developed prospects including pricing, contract terms and relationships.
· Develop and manage profitable new business to meet KPI targets.
· Relationship manage a number of strategic Key Accounts to ensure retention and maximise all opportunities for growth across all geographical areas of each account.
Experience
This role requires candidates to have a demonstrable track record in sales growth across both existing and new clients. The customer sectors you will be selling into are diverse and include, Airlines, Aerospace and composite industries. Experience and a background selling products and services into these sectors would be highly desirable. Previous experience selling into international markets along with a mechanical engineering or technical background would be beneficial. There is also an expectation of up to 20% travel across the UK and international markets 80% of your time is office based.
