This role is not suitable for home working.Some evening work may be required in line with event schedules.As a Visitor Experience Officer, your main focus will be providing and delivering a great service for visitors. You’ll be welcoming people and inspiring them to really get to know our sites. This will include devising and running events and activities and creating ways of bringing our places and their stories to life for everyone who comes here.
