Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a dynamic Academy Trust in Doncaster who are looking to recruit a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to make a real impact on pupils' learning and development across different settings.
The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning in primary schools across the Trust on a supply basis. Responsibilities will include:
* Targeted Support: Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions to boost pupil progress
* Classroom Management: Assisting class teachers with lesson preparation and maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment.
* Inclusion: Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and implementing individual education or behaviour plans.
* Cover Supervision: Providing short-term cover for the class teacher when required to ensure continuity of learning.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Qualifications: A CACHE Level 3 Certificate or Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or a relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years.
* Experience: Recent experience working in a UK primary school or EYFS setting.
* Safeguarding: An enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one through Tradewind).
