What You’ll Be Doing
Reaching out to potential customers and introducing them to our services
Building positive relationships and understanding customer needs
Supporting the growth of new and existing accounts
Following up on leads and keeping conversations moving forward
Working with your team to ensure a great customer experience
Learning how to spot new opportunities in the market
Keeping your activity and customer information organised and up to date

Commission & Incentives:
£250+ monthly bonus when activity targets are achieved
£50 for every new or reactivated account
£150 bonus for consistent daily activity (30+ calls)
£100 extra for regular client meetings or calls
You could earn an additional £300–£350 per month on top of your basic salary, with plenty of opportunity to increase this as you gain experience.
