Customer Relationship Manager

This brilliant business is now looking for aCustomer Relationship Managerto join their team in Poole, Dorset
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a Customer Service strategy, ensuring administration, commercial, and technical teams are aligned to end customer demands.
Key responsibilities asCustomer Relationship Manager:
* Nurture, train, and develop the team to improve their personal performance and help them individually contribute towards the company objectives collectively.
* Act as a senior escalation point for customers and internal account teams
* Be the subsidiary support for one of the three development Regions US, Europe, or Asia
* Build long-term relationships with subsidiaries, assisting with revenue growth and helping the footprint grow Globally.
* Review current strategies and make recommendations that will result in the improvement in our service quality.
* Ensure that connections between the business and subsidiaries exist, bringing the relevant parties from each organization together into strategic meetings.
* Work closely with all Engineering and Project personnel who have interfaces with your clients.
* Maintain High levels of health and safety compliance and awareness and ensure no breach of compliance.
Experience asCustomer Relationship Manager:
* Be able to demonstrate excellent negotiation skills
* Worked in a similar capacity and level for a professional organisation, ideally within a manufacturing business
* Be able to travel Internationally as necessary.
* Be able to execute strong communication skills, both verbal and written
